This module provides a better understanding of both the core aspects of Insights Discovery, and yourself. It will give a good understanding of the principles the model is based on. You’ll learn about ideas like perception, psychological preferences and why you see the world in the way you do.

The eLearning will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. We will review and apply these concepts during the virtual session. Completing this ahead of time will support you to gain the most benefit from the virtual session.
