The Leadership Academy equips current managers with updated skills while preparing aspiring leaders for future responsibilities. This program is a cornerstone of our succession planning and talent management, ensuring readiness for promotion.
To pass the Leadership Academy and receive a Certificate of Completion you need to complete Modules 1 - 7 by achieving 80% for each module. You have unlimited attempts to pass. You also need to submit all the course evaluation forms at the end of each module. Once this has been completed you will be able to access your Certificate of Completion.
