The purpose of the Sales Academy is to enhance the sales capabilities of our employees, enabling them to deliver outstanding customer service. This is achieved by:
- Improving skills and competencies.
- Staying updated with the latest customer service trends.
- Building a strong understanding of the technical aspects of our business to better support customers.
To pass the Sales Academy and receive a Certificate of Completion you need to complete Modules 1 - 7 by achieving 100% for each module. You have unlimited attempts to pass. You also need to submit all the course evaluation forms at the end of each module. Once this has been completed you will be able to access your Certificate of Completion.
